Development of assembly of low-voltage complete devices of the CREWE-METZ-0,4 series became the real break for our enterprise. It has allowed us to reach new level, having become in one row with the famous world brands. The combination of the best practices, long-term traditions and knowledge of requirements of the regional market gives to the enterprise the chance to provide consumers of RB and the CIS countries with the most reliable, convenient and safe distributing low-voltage devices which had to be bought abroad earlier.
Universality of construct of CREWE-METZ-0,4 allows to make any types of low-voltage distributing devices: NKU, ShchSU, ShchO-70, RTZO, etc.
One of the main products of plant are integral transformer substations of KTPSP and 2KTPTs with power from 160 to 2 500 kV And on tension of 6 (10) kV, on the basis of construct of CREWE-METZ-0,4, intended for reception, transformation and distributions of electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz and automation of transition to back or emergency power at loss of the main power supply and automatic return on a power supply from the main sources at voltage recovery. Such KTP can be applied to ensuring reliable power supply of electroreceivers I of category and special group I of category in electrical generating systems of the industrial enterprises and objects for production, processing and transportation of natural gas and oil.
Characteristics of construct of CREWE-METZ-0,4 provide the high level of safety, an excellent adaptability to requirements of a specific type of application and big flexibility. The ergonomic design of this board facilitates its installation on object, operation and technical maintenance.
Innovative decisions provide observance of strict requirements for duration and uninterrupted operation of work, including a possibility of modification and change of a configuration energized. The unified system of load-carrying structures and combined tires allows to create boards both with back (double-sided), and with front accession - one-sided service, providing at the same time an optimum level of access. The different types of the departing lines chosen depending on the operational indicator demanded for this or that type of application can be combined in the same cabinet or in one board. Besides, it is possible to combine the distribution departing lines and the departing control lines the electric motor.
The board CREWE-METZ-0,4 offers the broad range of decisions in respect of the sizes, types of accession, ways of installation, operational indicators, possible combinations, carrying out modification, elimination of need for spare equipment, including for the stationary departing lines. It provides the fullest satisfaction of needs of the customer and requirements of the project. Interchangeability of functional units and placement of their electrical wiring out of a board facilitates implementation of changes in the course of implementation of the project. And the possibility of modernization of an electric unit without strict time limits and without expenses on spare equipment allows to reduce as much as possible expenses (by modernization) without worsening at the same time operability of an electric unit.
Convenience, speed and safety of technical maintenance, and also carrying out modernization of an electric unit increase thanks to sliding functional units. Extraction of mobile elements, replacement or addition of stationary elements and even full reconfiguration of a board can be made without power off. Also the fact that the defining criterion when developing CREWE-METZ-0,4 was safety of personnel and an electric unit is important.
The analysis of the questionnaires arriving to us from the enterprises of an oil and gas complex has shown a sharp demand of this industry in distributing devices for control of ShchSU electric motors, and also execution of KTP and ShchSU for operation in the conditions of an aggressive circumambient, as has served one of occasions of development of CREWE-METZ-0,4.
