Our enterprise is engaged in production of fellings of houses of handwork from a gun carriage and their export to the countries of Europe. In eight years we shipped the production to Norway, Sweden, Austria, Hungary, France, Spain. Estonia, Latvia.
The technology of construction of wooden houses from a gun carriage is applied more than one thousand years in the countries of Scandinavia. For production of walls of houses we use pine wood. We prepare diameter logs: from 28-40 cm up to 12,5 meters long. Logs are sawn round from two parties on a semi-bar (gun carriage) with standard thickness: 180 mm or 200 mm. Height (width) of each bar is individual and fluctuates in limits: 270-380 mm.
At production of a bar (gun carriage) natural narrowing of a sawlog from komlya to a top is used - therefore in our technology the bar height difference (sbezhnost) 1 cm by 1 meter of length is allowed. Materials after sawing up dry to humidity 20 in a drying chamber and under canopies.
The technology of a fastening of angular Norwegian connections the lock, widespread in Norway is applied several centuries to production of walls. The Norwegian lock provides very high quality of connection of a wall bar in building corners.
By means of which lock the gun carriage connects among themselves in a building corner, represents the self-got jammed connection which provides faultless rigidity of all design. Uniqueness of the Norwegian lock is that at shrinkage which inevitable even at the dried-up wood and shrinkage of a felling, elements of angular connection samozaklinivatsya under a body weight the principle - a wedge in a wedge) that interferes with deformation and a pro-collar of a gun carriage.
In addition, for increase in durability of walls and rigidity of a design of a structure, wall brusa are fastened among themselves with birch pins (nagelyama). Logs have natural narrowing and therefore in houses of hand-made each angular connection is made manually individually with use of the special tool manufactured in Germany and Norway.
It provides high precision and density of connections. We provide high quality of the made houses (in places of angular connections there are no cracks). Because of design feature of the Norwegian cabin there is practically no reduction of thickness of a wall (all wall has thickness of 200 mm with a width of lunar groove of 150-170 mm) whereas at a usual Russian felling thickness of a wall changes and in junctions of logs thickness of a wall is minimum that considerably increases losses of heat.
Thanks to elements of traditional Norwegian rafter system all design of a roof has a unique appearance outside and high original ceilings indoors. Elements of rafter system are made of lengthy fir-tree logs (to 14 meters) ostruganny manually which diameter after processing depending on the sizes of a construction makes 300-400 mm.
