The graphitizing modifiers for cast iron
Are applied to innokuliruyushchy modifying of gray and high-strength cast iron and cast iron with vermikulyarny graphite. The material consumption upon transition to high-quality modifiers with barium, strontium, cerium, zirconium can decrease by 2-5 times. One of the most widespread of the graphitizing modifiers is the ferrosilicium with Fs65ba4 barium possessing the high graphitizing ability increasing cast iron durability by 20-25%. We offer more effective import analogs of alloys with barium, suitable for processing of cast iron in high-capacity ladles when pouring in forms takes a long time.
- beat off elimination in pig-iron castings (or structurally free tsementit);
- increase in duration of preservation of the modifying effect that is very important for large thick-walled castings;
- impact on distribution and the amount of inclusions of lamellar and spherical graphite and increase of uniformity of structure and mechanical properties of cast iron in raznotolshchinny castings of a difficult configuration.
Modifiers are delivered in a shredded type of standard fraction in paper bags on 25 kg. or big-run on 1 ton.
We offer the following graphitizing modifiers:
Inoculoy 63 - the modifier with barium, calcium and manganese
SB 5 - the effective baric modifier
Barinoc - the modifier on the basis of FS75 with barium
ZM 6 - the zirconium modifier
SRF 75 - the modifier with strict amount of strontium
Superseed Extra - the modifier containing zirconium and strontium
